We first met Paul at an open house, where he was well prepared, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Paul Chadwick was great from our first meeting till we shook hands after the sale. Paul did an appraisal that turned out to be very accurate. After we decided to go with Paul he came to the house and actually helped us stage it. He took the pictures and did a great job marketing. We had a lot of showings right away and multiple offers. Once the house was under contract he really earned his commission. The home inspection that was performed at my house made me want to walk away from the deal. He assisted us in selling our home in 2017 due to a relocate out of state, and he assisted us in buying our new home this last week.
